For Pioneer Day we celebrated by going to the parade in the morning and then hitting the rodeo at night. The kids were so excited to go and they had to wear their "cowboy" hats.

La Paz
Leeon was able to go on a "Man Trip" for a week down to Mexico. They stayed on a boat and went fishing and scuba diving everyday. He said that it was one of the BEST trips of his life!!
Cherry Hill
We went to a fun family campground called Cherry Hill and spent the weekend. The kids were thrilled to spend the night in a tent. We had so much fun! We went to the water park, mini golfing and the kids played in the little play area. They said that they wanted to stay at Cherry Hill for a long time.
Riverwoods Carnival
There was a fun little kid carnival by us. They had the blow up slides and bounce houses that the kids kept going on over and over. Along with carnival games and food.
Swim lessons
Because we love boating and swim a lot, I wanted our kids to take survival swim lessons. They did the classes for three weeks and did awesome!
Powell
We look forward to Powell all year long. It is one of our favorite places to go as a family. This trip Leeon wasn't able to go with us but he will be coming on the next one. It is always such a blast! We went kayaking, tubing, rode on the wave runners, played in the sand, jumped onto the beanbags, swam, swam and swam some more, until we turned into fish.
Grotto Trail
We took the kids up the canyon on a little hike to a waterfall. The water was pretty cold so we barely got our feet wet.
Preschool Graduation
Millie had her preschool graduation. They had a cute little program and then we went to eat at Millie's favorite place. Millie had the best preschool teachers! I can't believe that she is off to kindergarten.
Gymnastics
Millie had her end of year gymnastics spectacular. She had so much fun doing gymnastics with her cousin. She especially loved that she got a trophy.
Cousins
We had a little family get together with Leeon's family. We ate some yummy food, had a fire and the kids played with their cousins and on the rope swing.
Pool Time
The weather was finally getting warm enough for the kids to start playing outside. We went and got this little pool and they were in it all day.
Snowie's
There is this AMAZING snowie place called Hokulia. They have the BEST snowies EVER!! We were so excited that they were finally open and had to stop and enjoy one.
Cougar
Maxx is obsessed with the cougar and especially BYU football. We were driving by this one day and he wanted to go and sit on the cougar and get his picture.
FSA
This was our first time participating in the big summer event for Families Supporting Adoption. We did a little walk around the track and released balloons. There were lots of little games and activities for the little kids and a few treats. It is so great to be able to be apart of this little adoption community! We have met so many amazing people.
Rec Center
They built a new rec center and we were able to go check it out before it opened to the public. The kids loved the whirlpool and going down all of the slides.
10 Year Anniversary
We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and went up and stayed in Midway. We went out to eat, to a movie, shopped at the outlets and went swimming in the crater. It was a fun little getaway without the kiddos. I can't believe it has already been TEN years!
Cattle Drive
Leeon had to go help his family round up the cows and bring them back to the farm. The kids had fun watching their daddy, being goofy with their cousins and getting to ride on the horse for a minute.
